Warehouse Assistant (E-Commerce)

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce orders accurately and promptly for dispatch.
• Check product quantities, quality, and order details before packing.
• Label and arrange parcels for courier collection and delivery.
• Perform receiving, sorting, loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain proper inventory arrangement and ensure stock accuracy.
• Assist with stock replenishment and periodic stock counts.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and safe.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and order discrepancies when required.
• Support daily warehouse operations.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experienced in E-Commerce orders picking and packing.
• Basic computer skills for processing orders and updating stock records.
• Familiar with order fulfilment, packing, labelling and inventory handling.
• Ability to lift, load, and unload heavy goods.
• Warehouse Location: Pioneer
• Salary: Up to $2800
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
