Warehouse Assistant (EL)

Perform daily warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving, inspection, picking, packing and inventory control, in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to support smooth warehouse and logistics operations.

Receive, unpack, organise and store goods in their designated warehouse locations.

Maintain accurate stock records and promptly report stock discrepancies, relocation requirements or missing cargo during picking to the Customer Service team or supervisor.

Verify incoming shipments against invoices, packing lists and purchase/order details, and ensure goods are received in good condition.

Verify outgoing shipments against invoices, packing lists and order details to ensure the correct goods are prepared before release to transporters, drivers or export containers.

Assist with the loading and unloading of goods and handle shipping-related warehouse activities.

Ensure all inventory movements and stock quantities are accurately recorded in the relevant system.

Perform picking and packing activities accurately and ensure cargo dimensions are measured and recorded correctly.

Maintain proper housekeeping, cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and ensure warehouse equipment is kept in good working condition.
