Warehouse Assistant Leader

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT LEADER (Preferably Singaporeans/PR and Malaysians only)

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the leader to oversee daily warehouse operation and staff management
2. Co-ordinate with various departments such as Purchasing and Delivery
3. Picking, packing, and issuing of shipment and deliveries
4. Maintain inventory, location accuracy and ensure timely replenishment through effective monitoring, follow-up, and control measures
5. Investigate the root causes of operational incidents and service failures and recommend corrective actions to management.
6. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Warehouse Leader and Management

Job Requirement

1. Strong organizational skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
2. Detail-oriented with strong inventory management practices.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
4. Responsible, meticulous and attention to details
5. Hands-on and proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership in completing assigned tasks.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
7. Preferably with at least 1-2year of relevant working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support.
8. Knowledge of some electrical basics and SAP will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

Weekday            : Mon – Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Weekend           : Sat (8.30am – 12.30pm) with 1 Fixed OFF Saturday monthly*****

*Off Sat will only start after the 3 months’ probation
