Warehouse Assistant Manager

Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and storage activities

Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and regular stock reconciliation

Supervise warehouse staff, maintain discipline, and ensure productivity targets are met

Coordinate receiving, picking and loading processes to meet delivery timelines

Implement and enforce safety and operational procedures

Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with SOPs and company standards

Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams for smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics operations
• Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced (24/6) environment and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage
