Warehouse Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring effective inventory control, accurate stock management, and smooth material flow in accordance with company procedures and applicable standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material handling, picking, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control, cycle counting, stock opname, and reconciliation.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor warehouse capacity, layout, storage utilization, and material flow to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure implementation of FIFO/FEFO and proper material identification and traceability.
• Coordinate closely with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and other related departments to ensure material availability and smooth operations.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare regular operational reports.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with company SOPs, Quality Management System, HSE requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate warehouse team performance.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred; experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or other regulated industries will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, stock control, and material handling.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willing to work in Cikarang.
