Warehouse Assistant Manager

Employment Arrangement:

• Directly hired by Bonserve Corporation and deployed to Bonflex Packaging Corp.
• Bonserve Corporation and Bonflex Packaging Corp. are sister companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor receiving, storage, issuance, and movement of materials and finished goods.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and physical counting.
• Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and safekeeping of warehouse items.
• Assist in managing, supervising and assigning tasks to warehouse personnel.
• Check and maintain proper warehouse documentation and records.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding material and warehouse requirements.
• Monitor compliance with warehouse safety and company procedures.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damages, and operational concerns to the Warehouse Manager.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
• Conduct 6S practices to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned work area.
• Responsible for adhering to and promoting safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain, implement, and ensure sustained compliance with HALAL standards.
• Maintain, implement, and ensure sustained compliance with the current version of FSSC standards.
