WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock monitoring, stock opname, and timely resolution of stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO, and accurate batch and expiry date tracking.
• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor warehouse performance, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Experience in trading, distribution, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or beauty companies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, particularly picking, packing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO, stock opname, batch tracking, and expiry date management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
