Warehouse Assistant Manager_Inventory Replenish (สมุทรสาคร)

About the role

The Inventory Replenish Associate manages and controls replenishment planning to ensure adequate stock availability and supports inventory accuracy in coordination with internal and external departments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage operational teams: plan and control replenishment processes aligned with workload volume, and manage and drive teams to achieve set targets
• Analyze data and improve efficiency: monitor KPI performance, conduct in-depth analysis of stock and manpower data to resolve process issues and optimize work procedures
• Coordinate and report to management: serve as a central point of coordination with other team leaders (Inventory, Picking, Packing, Warehouse) to ensure smooth warehouse operations, and prepare performance reports for management
• Control safety standards and quality: ensure all team members comply strictly with safety standards and warehouse quality assurance regulations
• Support long-term process improvements: provide analytical insights and recommendations to develop warehouse areas and replenishment processes to reduce redundant steps
• Support special assignments: follow company policies and management instructions, and provide assistance with special activities or urgent warehouse tasks as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher (any field)
• Experience in warehouse operations or replenishment work
• Experience and skills in people management and work planning
• Ability to analyze data to improve work processes
• High accountability and ability to manage teams and maintain performance standards under time or resource pressure
• Analytical thinking: ability to read and analyze KPI figures and stock situations to assess risks and plan proactively
• Ability to work flexibly or manage time according to warehouse operation schedules
