Warehouse Assistant (Newton, Surrey)

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep all warehouse areas & loading dock clean and safe at all times.
• Keep all supplies, inventory items, boxes, pallets organized & neat at all times.
• Maintain Accuracy of Inventory counts and Locations
• Accurately Pick, Pack & Ship outbound orders.
• Accurately Receive, Organize & Store inbound inventory.
• Other warehouse and business tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Must have excellent numeracy skills.
• Must be energetic and work at a fast pace.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to operate a manual pallet jack.
• Must be able to work on tasks independently.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must to be punctual and responsible.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. You can be scheduled to work anytime during these hours.

Experience:

• Experience in handling similar duties preferred.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour

• Manually Tightly Shrink-wrapping Pallets: 1 year (preferred)

• Packing Boxes for UPS shipments: 1 year (preferred)
• Lifting Boxes up to 50 pounds: 1 year (preferred)
