Warehouse Assistant (Nilai)

• Assist the Warehouse Executive in daily warehouse tasks.

• To coordinate all warehouse & logistics duties.

• To monitor incoming and outgoing stock movement.

• Ensure goods received from branches & suppliers are in good order and condition.

• Ensure stock is well organized and easy to access for stock monitoring.

• Ensure pack items are securely packed for delivery from the warehouse.

• To check and report damaged stock.

• To coordinate work between sales, logistics & warehouse departments.

• To coordinate with the appointed transporter and forwarder for delivery.

• To manage in-house transportation and monitor the delivery schedule.

• Know how to operate a forklift to deliver, move, load, and unload a variety of goods in a warehouse.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM.
• Able to drive a forklift
• With 2 years of related working experience is an advantage.
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Willing to work overtime as and when required
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
