Warehouse Assistant (Phone)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily phone warehouse operations, including receiving, checking and recording mobile devices.
• Check device details such as model, storage capacity, quantity and condition.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor device movement and status during the repair and testing process.
• Follow up on pending or REDO devices and update the relevant team accordingly.
• Verify outgoing devices against invoices or order details before handover.
• Assist with daily stock counts and ensure physical stock matches inventory records.
• Prepare and update warehouse reports and records.
• Coordinate with Technicians and internal teams regarding stock movement and device status.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any relevant field.

• Previous experience in warehouse, inventory or mobile phone-related operations is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.

• Able to use Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

• Detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy when handling stock and device information.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
