Warehouse Assistant/Coordinator

About the role

The warehouse assistant/coordinator is responsible to run all the warehouse operation including picking, handling, checking, order processing, liaising with customers, cycle counts, receiving and releasing of cargo, put-away to bin locations, picking and consolidation, labelling, packing and quality control checks, palletizing for export, warehouse housekeeping, and material handling equipment management.

Key responsibilities

• Run all warehouse operations (picking, handling, checking)
• Order processing - perform GR and GI in SAP and WMS
• Liaise and coordinate with customers
• Perform daily/monthly/quarterly cycle counts
• Receive and release cargo
• Put-away to bin location
• Picking and consolidation
• Labelling, packing and QC check
• Palletize for export
• Warehouse housekeeping and MHE management

About you

• Detail-oriented
• IT savvy for scanning system
• Forklift, VNA or reach truck operation capability
• Warehouse safety understanding
• Able to work on Saturday and support on off-day / public holiday when required
• Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry will be an added advantage
