We are in growth mode and we are looking for values driven people, in the engine room of our organization; our Auckland Warehouse.

 As a Warehouse Assistant at I Love Ugly, you are someone who thrives off accuracy, organisation and efficiency and being a hands-on difference maker. You are someone who understands efficiency, accuracy and the impact of warehousing on the customer experience. You are a thinker, a doer and a change maker, constantly asking the question: How can we do this better? You will be someone who has your own personal goals too, which you will strive for and be supported in everyday.

This is a hands on warehousing role in a growing business, driven by daily sales.

You will be working hard on fulfilment, organisation of product and cleanliness in our Westgate warehouse . That will look like;

• Picking and packing for Online Order fulfilment.

• Some of your biggest KPIs will be; Pick Speed and Pick Accuracy

• Assists in stock takes.

• Assits in inwards good processes.

• Ensures a high level of cleanliness and organisation.

• Taking a highl level of accountability of you own work and working standards.

This role is available due to ongoing growth and could be permanent or you could join our team for the upcoming Black Friday and Christmas Period.

With long tenures of current staff, these roles do not come up often, and talks to the environment you will be a part of. With real growth potential and the opportunity to have impact on developing warehouse operation that will be fundamental to our next stage of growth.
