Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift

** Second Shift 3:30pm to 12:00am **

** Requires a two-week training period on the day shift. **

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and report on stock levels to avoid shortages.

Order Processing:

• Receive and process incoming orders accurately and efficiently using RF Guns
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requirements.

Organization and Cleanliness:

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Arrange and maintain stock shelves for easy access and retrieval.
• Dispose of packaging materials and waste in accordance with company policies.

Documentation:

• Complete and maintain all necessary paperwork, such as shipping documents and invoices.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and other relevant metrics.

Communication:

• Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or shipments to the supervisor.

Equipment Operation:

• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a warehouse or similar role.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and use of inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
