Warehouse Associate - 2nd shift

Scheduled 6pm to 10pm (Part time)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team on the 2nd shift. . In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and heavy equipment operation. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will ensure smooth logistics processes and contribute to the overall success of our distribution center. Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, stock, and move materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory management tasks using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software to track stock levels accurately.
• Assist with order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Conduct manual handling of materials with proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to OSHA safety regulations and safety protocols.
• Utilize RF scanners and AS400 systems for accurate order processing and inventory updates.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Follow safety procedures diligently during heavy lifting, material handling equipment operation, and general warehouse operations to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts (including cherry pickers), pallet jacks, cranes, or order pickers.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control practices, and logistics operations.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while following safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments or inventory data.
• Prior experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse supervisor roles is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling.
• Technical proficiency with inventory management software like AS400 or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to work effectively during the 2nd shift hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
