Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This role requires a strong focus on quality control, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of operations within our warehouse environment.

Duties

• Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all items meet company requirements before shipping.
• Assist in order picking and stock management to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and cherry pickers safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to optimize packing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as pallet jacks and cherry pickers is advantageous.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to perform order picking tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
