Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 annually.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Receive incoming deliveries, verify materials against accompanying paperwork, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records for inventory tracking.
  • Accurately pick, pack, label, and ship internal fulfilment (IF) orders, ensuring all outgoing shipments are properly documented and meet company standards.
  • Tag skids and pallets with the appropriate IF or purchase order (PO) identifiers to support accurate tracking and inventory control.
  • Maintain and organize parts inventory, including monitoring stock levels, completing regular counts, and ensuring materials are stored safely and efficiently.
  • Support an efficient warehouse layout by organizing materials, optimizing space utilization, and identifying opportunities to improve workflow and warehouse operations.
  • Complete regular local deliveries and pickups using a company-provided cargo van throughout Toronto, the GTA, Hamilton, Niagara, and surrounding areas.
  • Safely load, secure, transport, and unload HVAC equipment, parts, and materials, ensuring orders are accurate and products arrive in good condition.
  • Collaborate with fellow Warehouse Associates at other locations, and other team members to support efficient day-to-day warehouse operations and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • A high-school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five (3-5) years of hands-on experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, or similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with an ERP system (NetSuite) considered an asset.
  • A valid forklift license, and previous experience with a forklift
  • A strong understanding of warehouse safety practices, procedures, and safe material-handling techniques
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • The physical ability to regularly bend, lift, crouch, kneel, sit for long periods of time (driving) and lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • A valid Ontario G driver’s licence with a clean driving record
  • Previous professional delivery or commercial driving experience is strongly preferred
  • The ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods throughout the workday
