Warehouse associate/ CDL Hazmat Class B

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with a valid CDL Class B license and Hazmat endorsement to join our team. This position is primarily Driving and delivery position, also with the need to assist in pulling warehouse orders when not on the road. We are a third-party service center for a major paint manufacturer, handling industrial paint pulling, tinting, and fulfillment for OEM and direct customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stock inbound materials
• Pull, tint, label, and prepare orders for outbound shipments
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
• Make local deliveries using a company vehicle (CDL Class B required)
• Follow all company safety and handling procedures for hazardous materials
• Support day-to-day operations and work closely with the current supervisor for long-term training and leadership development

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class B license
• Current Hazmat (HME) endorsement
• Warehouse or logistics experience (1–3 years preferred)
• Forklift experience (certification is a plus)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
• Team-oriented attitude with leadership potential

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial paint or chemicals
• Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems
