Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate: Where Every Job Starts Austin, TX | Full-Time | On-Site | Hourly, Non-Exempt Every solar install, every HVAC job, every generator that keeps the lights on when the grid doesn't — it all starts in the warehouse. That's you.

Freedom Power was born when Freedom Solar and Freedom HVAC joined forces to become Texas's complete whole-house energy company. We don't just install equipment. We hand homeowners the keys to something bigger: control over their energy, their bills, and their future. We call it Energy Empowerment, and it's not a tagline — it's the reason we show up every day.

As a Warehouse Associate, you're the one who makes sure crews have what they need, when they need it. You'll manage inbound and outbound shipments, kit jobs, load modules, run will-calls, and keep the whole operation organized and moving. No two days look exactly alike, but every day matters — because a crew without the right materials is a job that doesn't get done.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
