ESR Impact Systems is a manufacturer of high-performance impact windows and doors, specializing in aluminum and glass systems for residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team and support daily warehouse operations.

Job Description
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for assisting with the receiving, handling, organization, and preparation of materials used in the manufacturing and production of impact window and door systems. This position requires someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, physically capable of performing manual labor, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or material-handling experience and is comfortable working with aluminum, glass, tools, and heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and shipments
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Move, stack, and organize aluminum, glass, and warehouse inventory
• Prepare materials for production and shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory counts and product organization
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Spanish (required)
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or material-handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Experience using warehouse tools or equipment is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a glass, aluminum, construction, or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with loading/unloading procedures and inventory organization
• Experience handling large materials safely
