Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders while helping maintain inventory accuracy and an organized warehouse. This role also assists with receiving shipments, stocking inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using pick lists or warehouse systems.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and product descriptions.
• Use handheld scanners or inventory systems to track inventory.
• Prepare shipments, shipping labels, and required documentation.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy or damage.
• Organize and stock inventory for easy access.
• Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Safely operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, picking/packing, or shipping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull.
• Ability to climb ladders or stairs when needed.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and safe lifting practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
