Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents based on daily orders.
• Generate and print shipping labels accurately.
• Assist with daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Load and unload containers safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, inspect, unpack, and store products.
• Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Operate forklifts, including Reach, Sit-Down, and Order Picker, as needed.
• Perform data entry, report preparation, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily operational and shipping goals.
• Take initiative and help coordinate daily warehouse activities when the manager is unavailable.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience is preferred.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
• Previous forklift experience is preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience with Reach, Sit-Down, or Order Picker forklifts is a plus.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
