Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations. In this vital role, you will contribute to managing inventory control, coordinating distribution activities, and be a part of a team to ensure efficient warehouse processes. You will help optimize workflow, improve procedures, and maintain a safe working environment.

Duties

• Daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and materials handling
• Manage inventory using warehouse management systems
• Contribute to warehouse distribution tasks while promoting safety and efficiency
• Coordinate logistics for e-commerce orders and third-party logistics (3PL) providers
• Implement process improvements to streamline warehouse workflows and reduce errors
• Conduct regular inventory audits and control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels

Skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, and logistics processes
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms
• Familiarity with forklift operation, heavy lifting, and materials handling equipment
• Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Understanding of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for warehouse environments
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and other departments
