Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing products for shipment.

This is a hands-on position for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare orders and packages for outgoing shipment.
• Stock products and maintain organized warehouse storage areas.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory control.
• Use RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and warehouse activities.
• Inspect products for visible damage or discrepancies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
• Work with other warehouse team members to complete daily orders and shipping tasks on time.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, or similar warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus but not required.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work attitude.
• Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment.
