Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate — Full Time, Day Shift

Binho Board · Tempe, AZ · On-site
$17–$20 an hour · Full-time · Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About us

Binho Board makes finger-flicking tabletop soccer games — the kind that end up on coffee tables, in game rooms, and on ESPN highlight reels. We started in a backyard in 2018 and now ship boards to customers and retailers across the U.S., Europe, and the UK.

We're a small team, not a giant fulfillment center. Every board that leaves here was picked, packed, and checked by someone who works in this building.

What you'll do

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately — right board, right edition, right box
• Receive and verify inbound shipments against packing lists
• Build and ship wholesale orders to retail partners
• Keep aisles, staging areas, and pallet blocks clean, square, and clearly marked
• Follow safety procedures for lifting, stacking, and equipment operation
• Pitch in wherever the day needs it — small crew, everybody helps

What we're looking for

• Reliable attendance and on-time starts
• Careful hands. Our product is finished wood, and it ships to customers who notice a scuffed corner
• Ability to read order sheets, packing lists, and labels accurately
• Comfortable on your feet in a warehouse environment
• Basic math and inventory counting skills
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus, not a requirement
• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Physical requirements

• Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs; heavier items moved with help or equipment
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift
• Warehouse environment where temperature varies with the season

Schedule and pay

• Full-time, on-site — this is not a remote or hybrid position
• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Weekends off.
• $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Overtime available during our holiday peak (November–December)

Benefits

• Steady, year-round full-time hours
• Employee discount on Binho boards and gear
• Room to grow into lead, forklift operator, or inventory roles as we scale
