As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for receiving and organizing materials, preparing products for upcoming installations, and ensuring our installation teams have everything they need to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in staying organized, enjoys being active, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done. Every day is different - you'll coordinate deliveries from multiple vendors and help keep our warehouse operating at peak efficiency. What You'll Do

• Prepare materials for upcoming installations by accurately pulling, organizing, and staging all necessary products for lead installers prior to each job.
• Receive and organize materials/deliveries on a daily basis from various vendors.
• Proactively plan warehouse space to accommodate incoming materials and maintain an efficient inventory system.
• Inspects product, consults with the warehouse management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate the company box truck as needed to pick up materials from vendors, transport supplies between warehouse locations, and deliver materials to job sites to support installation teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar fast paced environment preferred (no formal experience required).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Strong sense of integrity and accountability.
• Ability to use or learn basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75-100 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation.
