Duties

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed, ensuring accuracy in inventory management software and ERP systems
• Manage inventory levels through regular stock counts, data entry, and updates in warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Load outbound shipments onto trucks safely and efficiently while adhering to shipping & receiving protocols and trade compliance standards
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, packaging products securely, and performing routine warehouse maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and support international trade regulations when necessary
• Utilize basic math skills for order calculations, inventory adjustments, and shipping logistics planning

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs is highly advantageous
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; certifications are a plus
• Strong data entry skills combined with excellent attention to detail for accurate order picking & packing
• Good communication skills with a customer service mindset to support team collaboration and client satisfaction
• Basic math skills for order calculations and inventory adjustments
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and packaging standards is beneficial

Pay: $16.20 - $19.50 per hour
