Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels, process shipments, and update records accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
• Assist with shipping logistics including preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, packaging products securely, and managing storage areas efficiently
• Support warehouse operations by performing data entry tasks, updating ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems like AS400 or MRP software

Requirements

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and trade compliance standards
• Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Pay: $18.30 - $22.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
