Warehouse Associate

Duties

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and forklifts to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, update records, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Pick and pack customer orders with precision using order picker tools and RF scanners to fulfill shipments accurately and on time.
• Assist in stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Prepare shipments by packaging products securely according to shipping & receiving standards while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations.
• Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining safety protocols.
• Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (such as ERP or AS400) and inventory management software is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring packages, and processing data accurately.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and order accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for customer service interactions and team collaboration.
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus.

Pay: $19.60 - $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
