Duties

• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely shipment
• Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain organized stockrooms by stocking shelves, conducting inventory counts, and managing stock rotation in compliance with trade and shipping regulations
• Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations when applicable
• Perform data entry tasks related to order processing, inventory updates, and shipment tracking to ensure data accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to order status or product availability in a professional manner

Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs
• Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and logistics operations
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring dimensions, and calculating weights or quantities
• Experience with stocking, picking & packing orders, and using data entry tools such as Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards when handling global shipments
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service orientation with clear communication skills; team player committed to safety standards

Pay: $24.08 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 11.0 per week
