Warehouse Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in daily inventory fulfillment, customer orders, and maintaining an organized, safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull product types and quantities based on picking lists and invoices in a fast-paced environment; make necessary inventory adjustments on documentation when required.
• Quality & Inventory Control: Inspect items during picking/loading and immediately report any damaged, missing, or mislabeled goods to leadership.
• Customer Support: Provide prompt, polite service to walk-in clients and customer orders at our facility.
• Material Handling & Freight: Help load and unload delivery trucks, organize stock areas, and operate equipment (pallet jacks/forklifts) safely if certified.
• Product Knowledge & Safety: Build familiarity with our product lines while strictly adhering to workplace safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Valid Health Certificate (or temporary Health Certificate) required.
• Basic arithmetic, literacy, and problem-solving skills in English.
• Strong attendance track record, punctuality, and personal reliability.
• Ability to routinely lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Prior experience in wholesale, retail, or distribution is a plus, though not required.

Additional Preferences

• Active Forklift Certification is a strong plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and consistent, reliable daily transportation.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) & Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
• Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience; details discussed during interview.
