Warehouse Associate

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction materials and supplies against delivery receipts.
• Organize and store materials, tools, and equipment in designated areas.
• Maintain proper documentation of materials received and released.
• Prepare materials and equipment for dispatch to various project sites.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with the procurement and project teams to fulfill material requests promptly.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related course

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, and inventory management

• Knowledgeable in receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials and supplies

• Experienced in inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, and documentation

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

• Able to coordinate effectively with suppliers, procurement, and other departments

• Can start immediately
