Duties

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software
• Conduct stock stocking, replenishment, and cycle counts to uphold optimal inventory levels
• Prepare shipments by packaging products securely according to shipping & receiving standards and trade compliance regulations
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping logistics, order picking, and load & unload activities efficiently
• Utilize data entry skills for order processing, tracking shipments, and updating inventory databases
• Support warehouse operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards at all times

Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs, and inventory management software
• Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, and international trade regulations
• Experience with order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, order picking, and shipping & receiving
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
• Skilled in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and trade-specific tools safely
• Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service orientation for effective communication with team members and clients
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes
• Understanding of warehouse operations, logistics workflows, and stock management best practices

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
