Warehouse Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining accurate stock levels. Duties

• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock movements, update records, and ensure data accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker equipment, pallet jacks, and other tools.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols, utilizing forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Conduct shipping logistics activities including scheduling shipments, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and performing regular stock counts.Requirements Planning) software, and ensuring trade compliance standards are met.

Experience

• Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing techniques, and logistics operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy and data entry tasks.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during stock handling.
• Excellent customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively.

Pay: $25.24 - $30.40 per hour
