Responsibilities

• Assist with order picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch using various warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, update stock records, and process data entry accurately.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance standards.
• Manage inventory control through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation using inventory management software.
• Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, packaging products securely, and managing order fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or related fields such as shipping & receiving or inventory management.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and effectively; forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
• Excellent data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes.
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order fulfillment procedures.
• Good communication skills with a focus on customer service when interacting with team members or external partners.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

Pay: $24.95 - $30.04 per hour
