Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position involves a variety of warehouse, shipping, inventory, and production duties.

Responsibilities:

* Receive and organize incoming products and materials

* Operate a forklift safely

* Operate manual and/or electric pallet jacks

* Restock warehouse shelves and storage areas

* Pick and retrieve products for orders and production

* Assist with inventory counts and inventory organization

* Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

* Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders

* Assist with production tasks as needed

* Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse

* Lift and move items weighing up to 40 lbs

* Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements:

* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move products throughout the workday

* Forklift experience preferred

* Experience using a pallet jack preferred

* Warehouse, shipping, inventory, or production experience preferred

* Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team

* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

* Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

Compensation:

* Starting training pay: $16.50 per hour

* Opportunity to increase to approximately $19–$20 per hour based on performance, skills, productivity, and responsibilities

* Pay increases are based on demonstrated performance and ability to take on additional warehouse responsibilities

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
