Duties

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing inventory management software and ERP systems to track stock levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular stock counts, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and internal standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklift trucks safely to load and unload goods efficiently.
• Assist in packaging products securely for shipping, adhering to quality standards and customer specifications.
• Support shipping & receiving activities by coordinating with carriers and managing logistics documentation for international trade regulations when applicable.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols to promote a secure working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP is highly advantageous.
• Basic math skills are necessary for counting stock, measuring dimensions, and calculating weights accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to operate equipment like RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and trade compliance tools safely.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, order picking & packing, and stock management tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer service initiatives.

Pay: $19.30 - $22.10 per hour
