Duties

• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels and process transactions accurately
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management practices, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
• Prepare shipments by packaging products according to shipping & receiving standards, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and customer specifications
• Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, scheduling pickups, and tracking deliveries to meet delivery deadlines
• Support warehouse operations by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Experience

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs, and inventory management software is essential
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment is a strong plus; forklift certification is desirable
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance regulations—including international trade regulations—is advantageous
• Strong data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for reporting purposes
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and support internal/external stakeholders

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
