Job Description

Madis Coffee Roasters is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and coffee distribution operations. This position involves receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming products and supplies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and wholesale orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and storage areas.
• Load and move boxes and products safely.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company procedures for product handling and storage.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and products.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic inventory and order-processing skills preferred.
