Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through order picking, packing, palletizing, repalletizing, loading, unloading, and general material handling activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately, safely, and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Order Fulfillment

· Pick products accurately according to customer orders and shipping documents.

· Verify item quantities, descriptions, and product condition before packing.

· Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.

· Label shipments and prepare orders for outbound distribution.

· Palletizing and Repalletizing

· Build pallets according to company and customer specifications.

· Repalletize products as needed to improve stability, shipping efficiency, or customer requirements.

· Wrap, band, and secure pallets for safe transport and storage.

· Inspect pallets for quality, accuracy, and proper stacking.

· Loading and Unloading

· Load and unload trucks, containers, and trailers safely and efficiently.

· Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips and shipping documents.

· Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials to management.

· Stage materials in designated warehouse locations.

· Material Handling and Inventory Support

· Move products and materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment as authorized.

· Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.

· Organize inventory to maximize storage utilization and efficiency.

· Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and other inventory management procedures.

· Safety and Housekeeping

· Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.

· Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Immediately report safety concerns, accidents, or equipment issues.

· Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.

· Ability to push, pull, and move pallets and materials.

· Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
