Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and dedicated CNC Operator's to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for assembling wood components, cutting wood materials, and framing into wall panels, floor cassettes, stairs, and more. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and precision of our prefabricated construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction plans to accurately assemble wood components (experience preferred but not required).
• Operate CNC machinery and various tools (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.) to cut and shape wood materials.
• Measure and cut materials accurately and quickly to within 1/16th of an inch.
• Assemble wood components into wall panels, floor cassettes, stairs, and other prefabricated elements.
• Ensure precision and quality in all assembly tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans(preferred).
• Experience with various woodworking tools and machinery.
• Ability to operate CNC machinery(preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to measure and cut materials accurately and quickly to within 1/16th of an inch.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Laborer Requirements:

• Should be able to quickly determine types of materials (nails, hardware, lumber - including lengths).
• Lift 75+ lbs. on a regular basis.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Sort numerically, read a measuring tape, and organize materials.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a neat and clean appearance and must be organized.

Washington State Employment Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compliance with Washington State labor and safety regulations.
