In this role, you'll pick and pack orders with precision, support inbound and outbound operations, and help keep our inventory accurate from the moment it hits the dock to the moment it ships.

Salary: $20/hour

Key Job Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to support on-time shipment of customer orders
• Support inbound receiving, product put-away, and replenishment activities as needed
• Accurately scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems and RF scanners
• Assist with loading and unloading trailers while maintaining product quality and organization
• Participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and general inventory control functions
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the warehouse at all times
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to support daily operational goals
• Assist with general warehouse tasks and special project requests based on business needs

Job Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, restaurant, or retail environment preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Physical ability to stand and move throughout the shift; ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and bend, reach, push, and pull
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and activity levels
• Basic computer or scanner experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
