Arc-Com designs and distributes high-quality fabrics used in commercial interiors across the nation and serves a variety of industries. We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our warehouse team.

Our warehouse team is the heart of our operation. From picking and preparing orders to cutting fabric and shipping products to our customers, our team plays an important role in ensuring orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This is a team-oriented environment where everyone plays an important part in our success. Excellent attendance, reliability, and a strong work ethic are required.

Duties

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using proper order-picking and packing techniques to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management and inventory systems.
• Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse storage areas for maximum efficiency.
• Process shipments by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and following applicable shipping and trade requirements.
• Perform data entry related to order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates using ERP systems.
• Support shipping and receiving activities by inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and documenting any discrepancies.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations, including order fulfillment and logistics coordination.
• Follow all safety procedures during loading and unloading activities to maintain a safe working environment.
• Respond to internal requests promptly and professionally while providing excellent customer service to coworkers and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, distribution, or a similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, particularly with inventory and order processing.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the warehouse throughout the workday.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
