We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Warehouse Associate to support the accurate and efficient handling of pharmacy inventory. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to learn, easy to train, and able to carefully follow procedures, especially in the proper handling, storage, and preparation of medications and other pharmacy products.
The Warehouse Associate will work closely with the pharmacy and warehouse team to ensure that products are properly received, checked, stored, picked, packed, and prepared for delivery to customers and branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, count, label, organize, and properly store medications and other pharmacy products.
- Carefully check product name, quantity, batch/lot number, expiration date, and physical condition to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Apply proper FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) practices and follow established procedures for medication handling and storage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery to customers and pharmacy branches.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper organization of the warehouse and storage areas.
- Perform regular inventory counts and promptly report discrepancies, damaged products, expired items, or other concerns.
- Handle medications and pharmacy products responsibly and with care to maintain product quality and integrity.
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and instructions related to the handling and storage of pharmaceutical products.
- Assist in receiving and dispatching branch deliveries and ensure that products are properly documented.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with pharmacists, pharmacy staff, delivery personnel, and other warehouse team members.
- Take initiative in identifying and reporting inventory, storage, or operational issues that may affect warehouse efficiency.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

- Any 4-year course; relevant warehouse or inventory experience is an advantage.
- Highly attentive to details, particularly when checking medications, quantities, expiration dates, and product information.
- Responsible and trustworthy in handling company inventory and pharmacy products.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative rather than waiting for instructions for every task.
- Willing to learn and easy to train, especially in pharmaceutical product handling, storage, and warehouse procedures.
- Able to follow instructions and established procedures accurately.
- Works well with a team and maintains respectful and professional communication with coworkers.
- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting, carrying, organizing, and moving inventory when required.
