Warehouse Associate

Duties

• Perform order picking and packing using RF scanners and warehouse management software to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, data entry, and updates in inventory management systems like ERP or AS400.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products according to shipping logistics standards, ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
• Manage shipping & receiving tasks, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update records, and generate reports for management review.
• Assist with international trade regulations compliance when handling cross-border shipments or customs documentation.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies or delivery issues promptly.

Experience

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping logistics, and inventory management software such as ERP systems or AS400.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and data entry tasks.
• Ability to operate forklift (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock levels and order processing.
• Knowledge of trade compliance and international trade regulations is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $24.98 - $30.12 per hour
