Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently, utilizing forklifts and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and ensuring proper placement of goods according to warehouse distribution standards.
• Process shipping logistics including preparing shipping labels, verifying order accuracy, and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatch.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including stocking, picking & packing, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Basic math skills for counting stock, verifying quantities, and calculating measurements during packing or loading processes.
• Customer service skills to assist team members and support smooth communication across departments.
