Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, packing, staging, and delivering products. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse setting, packaging items accurately, and driving company vehicles to complete local deliveries as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and basic inventory tracking.
• Stage products for outgoing shipments and deliveries.

Packaging & Order Preparation

• Pick, pack, and label orders accurately based on order requirements.
• Prepare packaging materials and ensure products are protected during transport.
• Confirm correct quantities, labeling, and documentation prior to shipment.
• Support packaging processes for outgoing customer or internal orders.

Delivery & Driving Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups.
• Load and unload products safely and securely.
• Complete delivery routes on schedule and communicate delays when needed.
• Maintain delivery logs, proof of delivery, and any required paperwork.
• Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.

General Support

• Assist other warehouse team members as needed to meet daily goals.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and OSHA requirements.
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or safety issues immediately.
• Support special projects and warehouse improvements as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Comfortable lifting and moving packages throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Part time work, with possible full time in the future
• Driver Lisence required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to load/unload deliveries and move items using carts or dollies.
