Duties

• Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels and ensure accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance standards.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move goods safely within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping & receiving activities, stock movements, and order fulfillment through data entry and ERP systems like AS400 or MRP.
• Support packaging processes to ensure products are securely prepared for delivery while following international trade regulations when applicable.
• Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits to uphold inventory integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution strategies and improve overall warehouse operations.

Skills

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP.
• Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and international trade regulations.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate inventory tracking and order processing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for documentation and communication purposes.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, stocking shelves, loading/unloading shipments efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
