Warehouse Associate

Duties

• Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain precise inventory records utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels and facilitate stock replenishment.
• Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, verifying shipment details, and coordinating with carriers for timely dispatch.
• Conduct regular stock checks, organize storage areas, and ensure proper stocking procedures are followed in accordance with warehouse distribution standards.
• Support data entry tasks related to order processing, shipment documentation, and trade compliance documentation for international trade regulations.
• Collaborate with team members on warehouse operations such as order picking & packing, load & unload activities, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace to optimize workflow efficiency.

Skills

• Strong familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Basic math skills necessary for counting, measurements, and verifying quantities during order picking & packing.
• Experience operating forklifts (certified preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks such as shipping & receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment simultaneously.
• Knowledge of shipping logistics procedures including trade compliance and international trade regulations when applicable.
• Demonstrated customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and support internal/external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $15.92 per hour
