Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient logistics, and providing excellent customer service for our tool rental division. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and a strong understanding of warehouse procedures to help maintain a safe and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and tool redress.
• Support logistics activities by coordinating the movement of products and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by accurately fulfilling orders and addressing any related inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• Must have a clean MVR to be insured.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks regularly.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a secure work environment.
